Why Choose UK Rishta?
At UK Rishta, we understand the importance of finding a life partner — someone to grow old with and create lifelong memories.
That's why we make your safety and compatibility our top priority.
We strictly vet every applicant based on DBS checks and UK legal status.
Our code of practice ensures that every member upholds the values of honesty and integrity.
Strict Vetting & Public Protection
To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, we require all applicants to provide a valid DBS criminal background certificate.
We do not accept individuals who pose a risk to others. The following offences will likely result in rejection:
- Offences targeting vulnerable individuals, including sexual offences against children
- Hate crimes or discrimination
- Domestic abuse offences
Every application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:
- The seriousness of the offence
- The time elapsed since the offence
- Behaviour since the offence
- Impact on community trust
Being rejected now does not necessarily mean future applications will be unsuccessful.
