UK Rishta Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Respectful Conduct

By using the services of UK Rishta Ltd, , you, the Clientagree to conduct yourself with respect and dignity toward all matched individuals introduced to you through our platform. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind toward UK Rishta staff, clients, or matched individuals will not be tolerated and may result in immediate and permanent removal of your profile.

Any individual removed for inappropriate behaviour will be permanently barred from future use of UK Rishta’s services. Where appropriate, UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to report concerning behaviour to law enforcement and pursue legal action.

2. Payment Terms

You, the Client, agree to pay a non-refundable fee of £300.00 (Standard Service) or £599.00 (VIP Service) under either of the following circumstances:

• You have found a suitable match through our platform;or
• A suitable match has been introduced to you by UK Rishta Ltd, and you have agreed to exchange personal contact details with that match.

This payment becomes due upon the occurrence of either event, regardless of any subsequent outcome of the interaction or relationship.

3. Membership and Profile Access

• A 12-month membership, starting from the date of payment.
• Unlimited access to view compatible profiles throughout the membership period.

Please note: These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

£599.00 Fee Includes:

• A one-to-one, in-depth personal assessment conducted in your home (available anywhere within the UK mainland).
• Full family involvement to ensure alignment and support from all relevant parties.
• A tailored matching approach based on your personal values, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

4. Introduction (Interdiction) Appointments

You have the right to attend an introduction appointment without the presence of UK Rishta staff, however:

• This is done entirely at your own risk.
• You must notify and receive written confirmation from the vetting team via email prior to such a meeting.
• UK Rishta Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for events arising from meetings attended without UK Rishta's supervision

UK Rishta strongly advises all clients to meet in public places and never at home addresses. Where possible, meetings should occur in the presence of a UK Rishta representative for safety and professionalism.

5. Legal Responsibility

Any behaviour deemed harmful, threatening, or otherwise concerning may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities, and UK Rishta reserves the right to pursue prosecution where necessary.

6. Breach of Agreement and Misuse of Client Information

Any individual found to have breached this agreement or to have obtained UK Rishta Ltd client contact details without going through the proper UK Rishta channels will be immediately removed from the platform.

Such individuals will be placed on the UK Rishta Ltd Bar List, permanently banning them from all current and future services.

UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding fees or losses incurred as a result of such breach.

7. Right to Refuse Service

UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at its sole discretion, without the need to provide a reason.

Refusal may be based on, but is not limited to:

• Suitability assessments
• Character evaluations
• Results from a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
• Immigration status reviews

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and alignment of all clients using the platform.
